The Access Bank Graduate Trainee Program is designed to find, develop, and facilitate the pipeline of Next Generation leaders and bankers in order to further the bank’s objective of becoming the best bank in Africa.
Access Bank Graduate Trainee Salary
Access Bank provides Graduate Trainees with N43,000 per month for a period of four months.
Their monthly salary will pay for their transportation and other expenses for the duration of the three months.
If the participants are hired after the program, they will receive a salary of N120,000 a month.
