Simone Biles Makes Big Olympics Announcement

USA gymnastics icon Simone Biles will soon be on her way to Paris for the 2024 Olympics.

And she will not be headed there without her biggest support system. USA Today reported on July 1 that the Chicago Bears have given Biles’ husband, Jonathan Owens, permission to miss a few days of NFL training camp so he can watch his wife compete in the Olympics.

“The Bears are actually giving him a few days off training camp, so he’ll definitely be there,” Biles told USA Today. “For a while.”

This is the first of the major international bile tournaments where Owens could participate.

Simone Biles is an American Olympic Olympic team at the Target Center, who is selected as an American Olympic Gymnastics team in 2024, and then talks to the media. Simone Bilz talks to the media after being selected as a US Olympic Gymnastics team in 2024 during the gymnastics test of the American Olympic team at the center of the target center.

The couple met in 2020 and married in 2023. Owens was unable to attend the 2021 Tokyo Olympics due to strict COVID-19 protocols, and the 2023 World Cup took place in the middle of the NFL regular season.

“Whenever we can come support each other, we just get really excited because our schedules don’t really align,” Biles said of her husband. “So whenever something like that happens, it’s so important for both of us to come out and support each other.”

Heartfelt words from an Olympic icon.
