Tiger Woods is building his second golf course in Texas, as his Bluejack brand expands to include a private family-oriented residential community near Fort Worth called Bluejack Ranch.
Bluejack Ranch, a 914-acre estate combining luxury and recreation, is just under four hours northwest of Bluejack National outside Houston, home of the first Woods-designed course in the U.S. The new course is scheduled to open in early 2026, with the Ranch Club scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2025. In a letter to the participants of Bluejack, Woods said that it was difficult for him to believe that since this course was opened, it has been only more than ten years, and that he was excited to unite with the founders of Bluejack Andy and Christine Mitchell for “the opportunity on the Bill »In the new club, this will include a diverse assortment of home plots. Mitchells studied at Texas Christian University, which is located at Fort -Uerta, and united with the former golf Pga Tour J.J. Golf, including a short course of 10 holes, is one of various amenities, including healing spa, modern fitness media, tennis and brine, swimming pool, gourmet, and a family social center. The National Golf Foundation recently noted that approximately 3,200 golf facilities in the U.S. have a real estate component, including residential resort properties such as Bluejack. This amount represents nearly 23% of the total golf supply in the U.S., but golf real estate has an even larger presence when it comes to the recent surge in golf development since the pandemic. More than 40 percent of new golf development today is tied to real estate, and communities like Bluejack Ranch, located outside but close to major urban areas, have proven extremely popular. The Ranch Club is expected to be capped at about 600 members, including 400 golf club members. In addition to houses in golf and real estate, the community will have a ranch, a “horseshoe” and houses on the slope of the hill (~ 3500 square meters); Lake Villa (~ 3200 square feet); Cabins for golf and ranch (~ 3360 square feet); Racquet & Spa Retreats (~ 2100 square feet); and Clubhouse Casitas (~ 1140 square feet).
