Biles also enjoyed a mocktail with other gymnasts before the Gold Over America Tour show

And TMZ Sports has the scoop on what she ate.

She started off the meal with a mocktail, then had calamari and salad as an appetizer. Afterwards, Biles gobbled down a 10-ounce sirloin steak, leaving plenty of room for dessert.

The slender 4-foot-8 star has a relaxed eating routine, confident that what she eats improves her performance. SunSport takes a look at Biles’ diet and what she eats to be at her best.

Biles is a top athlete but isn’t too particular when it comes to diet. “I don’t monitor anything,” she told Women’s Health in 2020.

“I eat what I want, and I’m always at the gym so I try not to overeat or fill up.” “Especially for gymnasts, (tracking) can lead to health issues and dietary issues, so I’m only eating what I can and should eat.”

Biles’ training day starts at 7 a.m., which leaves her little time for breakfast.

“Practice is at 7, so I get up really early before then, so sometimes I’ll have a light meal, sometimes I won’t,” she said. While many people find that a cup of coffee in the morning helps them feel more at ease in the morning, Biles avoids caffeine.

“I’ve never been a coffee drinker,” she said. “I’ve always been a morning person.”

However, after an intense workout, Biles might have a protein shake.

On the weekends, Biles has some fun. “On the weekends, I’ll have protein waffles with chocolate chips, eggs, and even cinnamon rolls,” Biles told Women’s Health.

Sweet cinnamon rolls are also one of Biles’ favorite morning pre-workout meals

Biles usually finishes her workout around 11 a.m., which, as you might imagine, leaves her hungry. With a general perception, she is a fan of Uber Feats and tends to order pizza, land, or salmon through applications.

“I feel more controlled because I can go home, take a shower and go to the application. “When I cook, it’s usually pasta, chicken, or salmon, cooked in the air fryer, oven, or grill.”

Biles doesn’t skimp on the veggies, either.

Asparagus, broccoli, carrots, corn, green beans, peas, and potatoes are some of her favorites. As an athlete, the 4-foot-8-inch tall Biles doesn’t skimp on nourishing her body.

Biles often eats healthy chicken dishes for lunch.

Biles often uses Uber Eats to order food like pizza and sushi.

When it comes to snacking, Biles likes to snack on fruit when she has free time.

She revealed, “I don’t snack that much because I’m always at the gym, but when I do eat, I try to have fruit.”

She added, “It depends on the mood, but if I want to splurge, I’ll snack on popcorn, pretzels, Nutella, etc.”

For Biles, anything goes. But there is one food she doesn’t like.

“The only food I don’t like to eat is anything that has coconut in it. “For some reason, I don’t really like this flavor, but I like all the other flavors.”

Biles is known as one half of a sports super couple.

She is married to Chicago Bears quarterback Jonathan Owens, and Owens makes sure he and his wife eat well. The NFL star is known to cook for them during dinner.

“Jonathan either cooks salmon or chicken,” she told E! News. “We eat a lot of chicken. We eat it with broccoli or potatoes or macaroni and cheese, but always with vegetables. We relax in the evening.”

Other “not so healthy” dinners include pizza and fettuccine Alfredo.

“If I want to eat something a little less healthy, I’ll have pizza or chicken fettuccine Alfredo,” she said. “I really like local restaurants in my neighborhood because it feels like it’s closer to me, and it’s not hard for me. She’s open to trying any new restaurant.

When Biles is craving dessert, that often happens when she’s out, as her lunch at STK proved.

“I want dessert, and that happens a lot when I’m out,” she said. “I found myself searching Uber Eats for local places where I could get cookies or ice cream or both.”

Cookies are definitely her favorite snack, and she loves to make them at home.

When Biles has a sweet tooth, she likes to bake cookies.

“I make my own chocolate chip cookies, and when I make them, I always make s’mores cookies,” she admitted. “It’s made with graham crackers on the bottom, marshmallows and chocolate on top, wrapped in cookie dough and baked. It’s my favorite cookie.”
